You must decide what it is you desire to focus on, then not let yourself be interrupted away from that, especially if you are just starting out. Start with only 1-3 things then as you turn up you will learn how to utilize what you learned to any new scheme or idea you want to.
Once you decide what it is you want to focus on then you can start improving that focus. Fine tune it so to speak. Understand to do the things that will bring the object of your focus to the top of success.
