I have heard terror stories of people who used redirection services such as TinyURL and Bitly - apparently they are notorious for often screwing up affiliate links and not providing you credit for any sales. Most various link shortening services will have these problems also.
The best link cloaker is one that you can put on your own site so you don't have to worry about anything failing or not working correctly. As I mentioned earlier, this might be difficult to make if you aren't a programmer - or willing to pay one.
